A card is required to secure your booking. Please select all services, including any removal, in advance so we can allow enough time. For phone bookings of $500 or more, a 50% deposit may be requested.

Please arrive 10 minutes early, especially for your first visit or a new treatment. New guests need to complete a consultation form. Late arrival may shorten your service without reducing its cost. Arriving 20 minutes or more late is treated as a no-show.

A 50% deposit may be required. Group bookings are billed together unless separate payment arrangements are made in advance. For separate bills, send each guest’s full name, email and mobile number before your visit. Standard cancellation terms also apply.

Gift vouchers are valid for three years from purchase and are non-refundable. Bring your voucher details to your appointment. A card is still required to secure an online booking, even when you plan to pay with a voucher.

Please tell us about allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, relevant medical conditions or recent treatments before your appointment. Contact the salon beforehand if you have access requirements or need an appointment tailored to you.

Please give at least 12 hours’ notice. Changes or cancellations within 12 hours incur a 50% fee; less than one hour’s notice incurs 100%. No-shows are charged in full. Contact us directly to change your booking.

Please contact us before changing your appointment. Under our published booking terms, changes within 12 hours that shorten the appointment remain charged at the original booking value. Additional services can only be accommodated if time allows.

Saturday appointments carry a 15% surcharge. Any Sunday or public-holiday surcharge will be confirmed when booking. An unpaid cancellation fee must be settled before your next visit.

Please book removals in advance. Eligible gel services have a seven-day guarantee for lifting or chipping attributable to our product or application, subject to aftercare and exclusions. Notify us with photos within seven days and return within five days of notification. Arriving 10 minutes or more late makes the guarantee ineligible. Read all guarantee conditions ↗

Kindness and respect are expected from everyone. Please keep phones silent and be mindful of other guests. Alcohol service is subject to responsible-service requirements and is for guests aged 18 and over.
