We recommend brides or grooms to book a Wedding Consultation prior to their group booking. The purpose of this session is to discuss the look, colours, nail art and other nail options that are available. This will ensure we have allocated the right amount of time to you and your guests to achieve the look you are after. You will have a one on one consultation with one of our senior nail technicians and enjoy a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival. *This service can also be conducted remotely by video/phone.

Nail Trial for Bride/Groom POA *

This is for our brides and grooms who would like to trial a nail service to ensure they are happy with the finish, feel and look. You will be required to select your preferred service for the trial to ensure the correct amount of time is allocated. We recommend having a wedding consultation prior to the trial as this will allow you time to discuss options with your technician.

Cheese Board *

Would you like us to supply a cheese board for you and your guests during the event, for an additional cost of $20.00 per person? We use the finest quality cheese and savoury biscuits. If your guests are receiving a manicure service, cheeseboards can be enjoyed before or after, but not during due to health and safety. *not suitable for vegans, vegetarians or coeliacs (or gluten allergy) due to the ingredients and potential for cross contamination.

Terms & Conditions Apply for all party and event bookings.

All party/event bookings require a 50% deposit to secure the booking. On the date of the party/event, the outstanding amount will be charged as well as all additional drinks, removals and upgrades.
We appreciate No Split Bills.
Guest are required to inform the staff at SOAK of any gel, acrylic or SNS removals on fingers or toes to allow for additional time.
Any Amendments to the booking must be made 12hrs prior to the event booking. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations are made within 12 hours of your event.
