Important Information

Saturday bookings incur a 15% surcharge, which is added at the final confirmation step when you book online.

Paying by card? A 1.2–2.5% transaction fee applies. Want to avoid the fee? We welcome cash!

Late cancellation or Ghosting (No Show)? Life happens, we get it. But if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the appointment and 100% for no-shows.

Enjoy your next manicure at the SOAK bar which doubles as a luminous nail station. We are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction with all our nail services. As part of our dedication to providing exceptional service, we offer a 7-day guarantee for all nail services (see FAQ for more details).

  • Our nail services do not include removal of gel polish, BIAB, SNS, acrylic or extensions. If you require removal, please select the type of removal so the appropriate time can be allocated to your appointment. If we applied the initial gel polish, The cost is $10 in conjunction with a full service only. Failure to book your removal will result in a charge and possible change to your appointment.

    Going bare? Standalone removals (without a nail service) come with a bonus 5 min buff and shape. If your nails need a little extra love, like detailed cuticle work and a flawless finish, we recommend adding a Naked Prep & Paint with your removal.

  • Builder in a Bottle is designed to provide a strengthening barrier to the nail while maintaining its natural flexibility. The service includes a nail cleanup, cuticle care, shaping and a light buff with the option to apply a gel colour on top. We recommend this service if you are wanting 3-4+ weeks out of your manicure or if you have brittle nails then this product is the ideal option to help grow out your nails.

    Important note: Unlike a lot of nail salons using BIAB™, we pride ourselves in allowing our nail techs to take the time, effort and detail required to give you the best possible results. This is why you see that we have one of the longest service times for this type of manicure. We also have a HEMA-free product available on request.

We’ll tailor the shade to suit you, whether you’re after bold and striking or soft and natural. Expect the tint to last around for 2-4 days on the skin and 2-3 weeks on the hairs

    SOAK Brow Lamination is basically a reset button for your brows. We gently straighten and lift the hairs, giving them newfound flexibility so we can style them exactly how you want—fluffy, sleek, or somewhere in between. It’s the perfect fix for patchy spots or unruly brows, and the results can last up to 6-8 glorious weeks (depending on your hair growth cycle). Just be kind to your brows and wait at least 6 weeks before your next one, okay?

Lashes

Not only are lash extensions a daily timesaver when it comes to putting on and taking off your makeup, SOAK premium lash sets will give you the appearance of longer, fuller and darker looking lashes.

  • Lash removal is removal of lash extensions before placing a new set or without a new set.

  • Tinting is a way to enhance and define your lashes. It involves smoothing semi-permanent dye over your lashes to make them appear fuller and/or darker. Tint may last for 2-3 weeks on hair.

    Lash Tint - 15 mins - $35

  • The Lash Lift is a semi-permanent treatment that gives you the appearance of nicely curved, lifted and lengthened lashes. Great alternative to lash extensions as it requires very little maintenance. Lash Lift may last up to 5-8 weeks depending on the speed of lash renewal. Recommended time range between procedures is no less than 6 weeks. Do not get the lashes wet and avoid excess steam for the first 24 hours. Do not sleep face down on the pillow for the first 24 hours. Highly recommended the use of aftercare serum to prolong the result and give extra nourishment to lashes.

  • In this service, set semi-permanent fibres are attached to every lash (full set) or every other lash (half set) resulting in the appearance of longer, fuller and darker, but still natural-looking lashes. A set lasts for about 4-5 weeks and a refill is recommended to be done after 2-3 weeks. A refill is the replacement of fallen or outgrown lashes, restoring your perfect lash look and is only available if you have a SOAK set already on. A refill is recommended to be done every 2-3 weeks, anything beyond this recommended timeframe will be considered a new set.

  • Custom or hybrid lash set is the mix of classic lashes and volume fans (3-4D fans). Taking the best bits from both treatments. This set gives more volume in comparison with a Classic set. The Custom sets last for about 4-5 weeks and requires refill after 2-3 weeks. Refill is the replacement of fallen or outgrown lashes, restoring your perfect lash look. A refill is only available if you have a SOAK set on. A refill is recommended to be done each 2-3 weeks, anything beyond this recommended timeframe will be considered a new set.

  • This treatment both conditions and promotes lash growth simultaneously while eliminating dryness and relieving hair stress. SOAK uses a vegan, cruelty-free, plant-based lash protection system, essential for building strength in the lashes during the lash lift treatment process, containing amino acids, peptides, and antioxidants, which are carefully selected to promote optimal lash health.
